Help For Your Walk
If You Were Abused:
Making the journey from the bondage of
coping to the freedom of healing isn't easy. There are places we
have to journey through that we'd rather go around, times when we
have to look at things when we'd rather turn our heads, things we
have to hear when we'd rather stop up our ears.
While we can't personally make the trip with you, we want to help
equip you to make your journey both brief and safe. Below are PDF
files you can download and use, or you can go to any of the pages
listed in the pages column to the right for encouragement and help.
One
of the most important things you can do for yourself is to find
someone who can walk alongside you as you deal with the issues that
have controlled your life

Prayer
- You know that talk that goes on in your head...where
you keep hearing yourself, or the enemy, telling you that things are
never going to be "right" for you because you don't even pray
right...you left something out or you didn't say it just right?
Well, this prayer covers everything; and since hundreds of people
have prayed, or are praying, it and are having their prayers
answered, you can rest assured you are saying it right when you pray
it.
By the way, one of the things we learn as we replace lies with truth is that as long as we're being honest with God, we can cry out to Him even if we don't understand all the theology yet! He doesn't get hung up on that. He heals because He loves, and He loves because He is perfect, not because we are perfect! Our prayer is that this prayer will help you stand up to the lie that God doesn't hear and work in your behalf while you're building a relationship with Him that makes prayer as natural as talking to your best friend...
